SITE IS NOW REBUILT

The rule update is complete. Here are the highlights:

• Skills now go up to level 6, as do paths and powers.
• Some Powers have been buffed, but each character gets less total.
• Weave rules have been tightened a little.
• Check out new powers like: Negation, Brace, Dragon Strike, Dragon Guard, Stasis, and more.
• Celestials are unchanged, but the higher skills make them a little easier to handle.
• A new XP system for more even progression of skills.
• A new name list to help name your characters.
